My Photographic Style...

My visual style of photography is bright and airy with gorgeous pops of colour, using natural light as much as possible to keep your images looking beautiful and timeless. You want to look back on your photos in 20 years time and think they still look gorgeous!

As a hopeless romantic myself, I believe that your wedding day should be about the two of you and celebrating your love with your favourite people. This is why I photograph in a much more relaxed and un-intrusive way, often capturing the best photos without you even knowing I was there! This story-telling way of photographing allows me to capture all the fun, natural moments and emotions of your day for you to look back on and relive for the rest of your lives.  Goodbye hours of boring, rigid posing and hello fun!

As someone who is engaged myself and planning their own wedding, I fully appreciate how much time and effort goes into organising your big day and why you absolutely need to hire the right photographer to suit you. Other than your memories, your wedding photos are one of the only lasting keepsakes from your wedding, which is why I take it upon myself to capture and help you remember absolutely all of it, big or small.

From capturing those spontaneous little expressions when you think no one is looking, to the delicate little details of the homemade name cards you saw on Pinterest (and have taken months to perfect), I aim to capture it all so they're not forgotten forever after the big day!

I also love working with couples that don't necessarily like having their photo taken because it's so rewarding to deliver gorgeous photos to people who were previously shy or against being in front of the camera. If this sounds familiar, do not fear! I have lots of ways of gently posing you without you even knowing that you're posing which works really nicely with my more natural style of photography!
