1 - Let's Get To Know Eachother

Finding the right photographer for YOU and your partner is so important! Other than your partner, your wedding photographer will be the person you end up spending the most time with on your wedding day, so it's vital that you like and can connect with them. It'd be lovely to meet you and chat about your wedding plans! If you're in West Sussex we can always meet up for a cuppa or if you're a little further away we can always chat over Skype or Zoom. 

2 - Secure Your Wedding Date

Once you've decided I'm the perfect photographer for you and have chosen to right Wedding Photography Package to suit you, you need to secure your wedding date. All I require is a 25% booking fee to secure me as your photographer on the date of your wedding. The rest of the remaining balance can be paid any time up until 2 calendar months prior to your special date.

3 - Engagement Photoshoot

If you've chosen a package that includes an engagement photo session or have chosen to add one, we'll meet a few months before the date of your wedding to have a practice in front of the camera. This will give us another opportunity to get to know each other and also see which particular poses work best for you so you know what to expect and are super relaxed in front of the camera on your actual wedding day.

4 - The Finishing Touches

Once you've had your engagement photoshoot or roughly 8 weeks before the date of your wedding, we'll arrange a date for your pre-wedding consultation. This is where we'll go over all of your plans for your special day over a cuppa - they can sometimes change from the first time we speak! We'll chat about everything from timings to shot lists and get super excited about how close the big day is! I love a good coffee so I usually meet my couples in person at a local coffee shop or we can chat over Skype or Zoom if you're further away.

5 - It's Your Wedding Day... Yay!

The big day has finally arrived after months of planning and it's time for you to relax and enjoy your magical day! As well as capturing every little moment for you, I'll be there keeping an eye on timings and on hand if you need a little help with anything - I double as a professional bouquet holder, shoe fastener and should have a degree in pinning buttonholes! 

6 - Receiving Your Wedding Photos

Once your big day is over, I know you'll want to continue all the excitement and be desperate to see your images which is why I always post a little sneak peek of around 10 images to my social media pages within a few days.

You'll then receive all of your photos via your own personalised online gallery (included for free with all my packages) 6-8 weeks after your wedding has taken place. My personal recommendation for viewing your wedding photos for the first time is to turn it into a little date night, just the two of you, on the sofa with a bottle of wine! Disclaimer - be prepared to laugh, shed a few tears and smile a LOT!

USB's & photo albums will be delivered to you 4-6 weeks after you've received your wedding photos via your gallery as everything is bespoke and made to order!
